Our healthy homes assessments cover all five areas of compliance: heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress & drainage, draught stopping, and also includes smoke alarms.
You’ll receive a detailed report (see example) confirming whether or not specific areas of your property meet the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2019 (Healthy Homes Standards), which came into effect 1 July 2019. This included new standards for rental insulation, heat pumps, ventilation, and more.
We’ll also specify solutions to help you get your property up to standard in each area.
