With the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, homeowners may be eligible for 80 - 100% off the costs of insulation (ceiling and underfloor, ground vapour barriers) and heating (heat pump) if:

• Their home was built before 2008.
• They have a valid Community Services Card or SuperGold combo card.
• OR they own and are living in a home in an area labelled 7, 8, 9, or 10 - search your address.
• OR the Healthy Homes Initiative has referred them.
