Nights are getting colder and power bills are going up for some kiwis. Now is the time to think about the insulation of your home.
Not having enough insulation in your home can lead to dampness, poor air quality and drafts of cold air in your home. These can have a big negative impact on your health and overall well-being. It also means your house won’t be keeping as much heat in and you’ll need to use more power to keep your home warm.
Insulation doesn’t just keep your home warm. It can also improve the efficiency of your home by not having to use heaters or heat pumps. On top of that, it helps prevent dampness and reduces noise levels.
Warmer Kiwi Homes
30% of Kiwi homes currently suffer from unwanted moisture or dampness. This grant is a government initiative for eligible homeowners to provide financial assistance to those who need solutions for insulation or heat pumps in their homes. You can check your eligibility here. As a registered partner of the grant, all installations done by us are up to all Energy Efficiency Conservation Authority (EECA) standards.
